Terrible Customer Service

Terrible Customer Service! I am not happy with the service received from Nedbank. They suspended access to my digital banking services and all my efforts to reinstate my digital banking has been futile. After making three separate visits to the branch and holding to be assisted on a call for more than an hour, I still left the branch without help. Very disappointed!
