Terrible Customer Service

<p>Monday 24 July 2017 I call the call centre and they assist, today no one can find the account and two agents drop the line on me. Disgusting service the first person had no patients and doesnt secify what registration number she wants I give her company registration she says account doesnt exist to later find out she wants the car registration, then she says we must call back when we have information. The ,ore i tell her i have company documents settlement letter from them and all details of the car she drops the line. Call back i ask agent to escalate call he says please hold asking no information i ask him why you putting me on hold with no details then takes my details.</p> <p> </p> <p>Calling back 3rd time finally got assistance frolm Thando in Sunninghill JHB.</p>
