Terrible customer service!!

Been with Nedbank for more then a decade, relatively happy until now... I recently app**** for a credit card limit increase, was pre approved and sent my payslips through... I have followed up regularly to find out what the delay is, spoken to numerous people, all promising to get pack to me but no one has bothered.... almost 3 weeks on and with me following up daily but still no one can assist or advise what's going on... I'm soooo annoyed and seriously thinking of moving banks... paying for customer service and getting ZERO....
