Terrible Customer Service

Their customer service is non-existent. Terrible to be exact. You will be on hold for a good 45 min to an hour and they they terminate the call.At times it seems like no one has a clue on what to do....the branch refers you to the call centre....the call centre refers you back to the branch. Disappointing
