Terrible Customer Service

I have an Investment account with Nedbank. On 20/01/15 I went to to Nedbank Kempton Park so I could release the funds. I got to the bank at 12:30,and was told to complete a register and a consultant will come through and assist. An hour and a half later I left as I was getting no help. Prior to leaving spoke with a number of consultants asking what the hold up is,I was told to \just wait".I even called the customer complaints line and logged a complaint - I was told someone will come through and attend to me as the BM was not in that day. here was about 5 customers at the branch at the time so I do not understand what the hold up was.
