Terrible customer care

Prishal Kathard *** I am still waiting for customer service manager Prenisha Govender from Nedbank client care department. It's now 4 months since 15th March 2020 and I still await a response from the bank. I must state that this is a total disregard for a customer especially since the bank has caused me so much inconvenience. Terrible service Prenisha Govender
