terrible charge

my bank Nedbank, Carlton Centre Branch charged me R440 as a bank fee for a cash deposit that was done by someone to me, I was told its a new regulation, apart from our people dying of this covid now the banks are making money out of us during these difficult times - reaping us. R440 just for the a person making a cash deposit inside sending money to me - now am being charged R440, what a crazy bank. the Reference number that I was given is ***5. Am giving this bank a month if still this is not reverse, I will remove myself and go to another bank, this is crazy.
