Terrible Branch Manager

After being told the our Body Corporate can no longer do manual electronic tranfer requests, as the bank has changed policies, they said we must do it online. Having been apointed by our body corporate to set this up, I handed in the documents, but was told that 2 signatures were not enough. I requested a policy document that says 2 signatures were not enough, but branch manager Vusumzi Kavi told me that Im being disrespectful and that he doesnt have to show me anything.

I continued asking for any policy document and after being threatened by him to have me removed by security, I asked for his manager. He told me Brian Williams from head office would be in contact. I continued to be persistent and ask to speak to him immediately. Vusumzi again refused, raising his voice at me for no good reason. He then supp**** me with Brian Williams office number. Funny thing is, as i called that number, Vusumzi picks up his cell and calls Brian Williams cell, now blocking my call.

I asked if he would allow me to speak to him and Vusumzi hung up. This happened twice within 5 minutes.

I again persisted in asking for reference numbers and policy documents to no avail.

Vusumzi then contacted the Bayside mall security and had me FORCIBLY REMOVED from the bank. (Not that I resisted in anyway)

The security manager didnt even really understand why I needed to be removed...

Im yet to recieve a call from Brian Williams.

When Vusumzi tried calling, i demanded an apology, but he continues with his arrogance and raising of voice over the phone so I hung up on him.

I have now taken the matter to the FSB, and look forward to a written apology and hopefully actions taken action the branch manager.
