Terrible bank who ***** peoples money!!

Nedbank is the worst bank with the worst customer service and level of professionalism is non existent. I never want to deal with this bank ever in my life!

My homeloan is cancelled with them, how ever they still debiting my account for the bond payment and when i try to get someone to assist in cancelling the debit order and to refund me my money, i get transferred from pillar to post. Sit on the telephone line for more than an hour with no one able to assist. Going into a Nedbank branch is even worse, they make you stand in incorrect lines for nothing only to tell you, you need to contact the cell Centre as they can only assist. Which is bull**** as no one can assist clearly in that bank as no one knows anything and no one can help!

Its nice when they ***** peoples money but when its time to give it back they give you the run around. I am closing all my accounts with this bank and never want to deal with them again.

Terrible service! I want my debit order reversed and my money back and future debit order for this homeloan cancelled. Nedbank a response would be appreciated as my level of frustration is up to the roof with the people i had to deal with over the last 2 weeks to get this matter sorted.
