Terrible bank to bank with

Send imali via their useless send imali platform, the money duplicated 3 times, when I called them was told its a system glitch and the sender received the sms he wont refund me. Nedbank on the other hand they not picking up their phones. What a terrible bank to bank with always having system glitches and worse cant even delete or cancel the voucher.
