Terrible Bank Nedbank

Deposited money into an atm at Fourways mall. And yes I'm not sure how much money but that is besides the point cause usually after validating your notes the amount pops up onto the screen but it didn't instead it prints out some stupid receipt that says transaction cancelled due to a technical error and not some of my notes but all of my notes have been retained. Now here is the kicker, this useless bank is telling me it is going to take 4 working days for them to do an investigation. How the hell do you retain my money as you please and then tell me you going to take 4 working days to investigate. This is absolute bull****.
