Terrible bank dont switch your salary to them.

Last month or so i logged a complaint about money being ****** from my account and the agent promised to call me back with feedback. i waited and eventually i decided to call as no one was getting back to me and i was told to wait for another 7 days for feedback. Suddenly money was returned to my account but it was short. R1800 was sent back but R800 was deducted again and it was and still is untraceable. now they sent me a bill of R1800 of the money that was taken from account and when i call allllll and i mean all the consultants are clueless. and i was told to call another department and no one is answering. now my salary is paid but NEDBANK STOLE MY R1800 again. I HAVE A PENDING CASE AND YOU TAKING MONEY FROM ME AND STILL THERE IS R800 THAT JUST VANISHED AND NOOOOO ONE KNOWS WHERE IT WENT.
