Terrible bank

There was attempted ***** on my credit card and for some reason no one wants to explain how they calculated the interest and charges reversed. It looks like they did a fraction and no one has called me regarding the outcome. The chat functionality is a complete joke. The agents just don’t get it or they just leave the chat unannounced. Terrible functionality. Your charges are already skyrocket and the platinum service is questionable. I’ve asked for a downgrade before which was last year already and noone bothered. I have never had a good service from Nedbank ever.
