Terrible - actually no service or help from Nedbank

Good Morning, I have been trying for the past week to make an appointment with Nedbank Financial planner to update a Will for my mum. The call center is unhelpful and the wait is painful. Mailing the branch manager to date has garnered no response.

Is there anyone at Nedbank who can assist us urgently?
