Terrible account management

After becoming gravely ill and losing my ability to work i had no choice but to put my house up for sale. I opted for the wonderful "Assisted Sale" option believing that Nedbank would help me in the matter only for them to cancel the assisted sale within a month after i listed it and demanding the full portion of moneys paid to them. I fortunately managed to sell the house but under duress from the bank. This caused me to have a large shortfall in my bond to them. I subsequently expressed willingness to pay towards the shortfall until my disability claim would pay out and awaited further instructions from the Bank. After a few months with no correspondence from Nedbank I reached out to them again but with no success, i did this four more times over the next six months with the same result. I eventually managed to contact somebody who was able to point me in the right direction only to find out that my account had been handed over to legal action, this without once being contacted by Nedbank in the entire duration of 8 months and after numerous attempts to cant them.

Can you believe they have even sent the sheriff to my house which is a direct violation of the National Credit act in the fact that I have not been contacted once by them, i have tried to contact them numerous times with no success, and have not even received a formal notice of legal action.
