Terrible

<p>I have been trying to get help from Nedbank since February and to date no assistance from anyone. I need to get my accout sorrted out. I need an email address and even that can not be provided.I think that Nedbank just wants keep adding interest on moneys that have been paid and thats why im not getting help.</p> <p>I spoke to Kumari and a Kwena but no help yet...</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p> <p>Whaida</p>

So on this review i recieved a call from Nicolas who took about 3 weeks but finally assisted. I was then given my final balance which he advised me to make payment on and send the proof of payment to him. I did this on 26.05.2017 but to date he stilll has not gotten back to me with clearance letter as promised. Nedbank only assists when people complain.

I know this complaint was resolved but part pf the compliant was regarding the settlement letter being sent to me. Nicolas your customer agent confirmed on email that this would be done and it was not so if you not willing to assist and claim that this was resolved then i will log another complaint based on same information given....
