Termination of application with Homeloans Verifications, no valid reason

I took out a bond approximately a year ago with Nedbank for a plot and building loan, I need to apply for additional and an extra amount so we can complete our home. My application has been submitted with my Private banker, on Friday last week I have just been informed my application has been rejected without any valid reason why verification failed. I am also not been given the opportunity to object the application and no further information can be provided, I am banking longer than 10 years with Nedbank, I really found this unacceptable and will appreciate it if this case can be seriously investigated.
