Tellers ignorence

I went to bed bank to fix my account which was closed because I was not using it, after I was helped I asked my account number from the person who was helping me she gave me wrong account number.I used the number using my absa account to deposit money to nedbank only to find that it's another person's number and that person withdrew the money when I could not find the money I went back to ask what was happening. They said it's not their fault that I used wrong account no.To my suprise I used correct name but wrong account no and they say they will call that person and he said he will pay 250 per month and I don't agree to that I want my full amount
