Tellers

I have to go and do banking every month end for the company i am working. on the last working day of the month. When you get there the qeue will be nearly standing out the bank and they will only have one teller open. If we are lucky and there is two they sit and talk to one another and nothing get done. I was in the branch the other day for over an hour. There were 8 people infront of me 2 tellers open. But the tellers were talking to one another the whole time and not working
