Teller won me over

I'm not a Nedbank client, but had to make a deposit into a Nedbank account which I did on Wednesday 2 May at the branch in Menlyn Mall, Pretoria. I rushed in there late afternoon at a time when normally people who work with the public all day are tired and irritable. But I was so impressed with Neo, the teller whom helped me. Not only was she extremely friendly, she was also patient with me not being able to remember the exact amount of money I was giving her and she had to count it (it was not a small amount). Thank you Neo for your professionalism and friendliness which left me with a good impression of Nedbank.
