TECHTIDE unauthorized debit order from Nedbank account.

Had a unauthorized debit order from a company called TECHTIDE. Have no idea who these people are and could not find the on google. Nedbank has basically told me they can do nothing about the money that was debited. They can only block the debit order for 3 moths for which I was charged again. So not only can they not keep our money safe but they charge you again to try and block it for only 3 months. Which after these ******* can simply debit you again unauthorized because nedbank clearly cannot do anything to stop them.

I reversed the debit order on the nebank app on the 25th July yet the debit order was not reversed! So with Nedbank simply any random company can debit your account and they are powerless to stop it.
