Team leader too busy on phone call

After making several calls to your customer service line because I was having trouble transferring funds online, I eventually spoke to a very helpful gentleman called Asanda who tried to assist me. It turned out that my current account had become dormant and Asanda was trying to reactivate it for me but I waited on the phone for ages. He came back after a long while and apologised for the wait saying he was waiting for his team leader to finish his phone call so that he could authorise the transaction. I told Asanda I was no longer using my money waiting for his team leader. Asanda offered to ring me back on my cell number which he did once, something went wrong, I hung up (11:38 am). I think he tried again 20 minutes later (11:59 am)and the call did not come through again. I am not going to waste my money waiting for your team leader to get off the phone. Please reactivate my current account. You will get the details from my ID number which I will be entering below.

I see that management at Nedbank are also too busy, probably on the phone, to attend to a complaint about their service. I am still waiting to see if Nedbank cares about dissatisfied customers or not, so far I see that they are not. Most definitely time to open up my account at another bank.

Although I received a call from Nedbank cstomer service who saw this bad review last week, I am still waiting for their team leader to contact me to resolve my problem, which I was told was going to happen. I am still very unhappy with Nedbank's service.
