Team leader and branch manager at Nedbank Potchefstoom are hopeless

Nedbank Potchefstoom, the worst place to visit! I am a client of nedbank for the past 18 years, but when its time for them to assist they useless! The ATM had an issue, which did not give me a deposit slip. I went into the branch to inform them. The lady at the front desk Hanie Noseki an excellent lady, great personality and very helpful tried her utmost best to get the ATM balanced so that my case would be resolved, sadly her team leader and branch manager are the opposite of her! I am still waiting from Tuesday for my refund! It’s their ATM that has an issue but now it becomes my problem!
