Tax certificate required for tax free investments

My husband and I both have tax free investments with Nedbank. We both have not received our annual tax certificate for the tax free account IT3 (s). We visited Nedbank in Newton Park Port Elizabeth and the lady we spoke to said these are not issued anymore as the product changed last year ?? Yet we need the IT3 (s) for completion of our SARS tax return !! Please advise. Very confused and not impressed.
