Tax certificate?

I have been to my branch (Kuilsriver) a few weeks ago and was told my IT3(b) tax certificate for my Green Bond investment account was not available yet. My email addresses were confirmed but I still have not received anything. How is this possible if my wife already reveived hers in June 2019? I want to submit my tax return and this is all I still need
