TAX CERTIFICATE

I am really shocked with the service received from Nedbank. Yet again it is tax season and Nedbank is late (as every year) with their Tax Certificates. Phoned the branch and they told me mine is not available as I am V in the alphabet, phoned the call centre, they said it is not load yet on their system. All the tax certificates. I asked them if they can make a note to email it to me. He said no, he cant I must phone again. So now I must phone daily to enquire about this. Not happy with this at all. I received my medical aid tax certificate in March already.
