Tardiness in closing and transferring funds from my late father's account

Last week I reviewed Nebank on hellopeter.com. Up till that time, despite 9 emails from me and countless emails from the administrator of my late father's estate, Nedbank had not closed my fathers account nor transferred the fund's to the estate's management account. This, despite having informed the administrator that all the required documentation had been received nearly four months before.

A week after I logged the problem (today) on hellopeter, the account was closed and the funds arrived in the estate's management account.

Coincidence? I think not - kudos to hellopeter!
