Taking ownership and providing a "wow " customer service

Feedback to my previous Hellopeter complaint registered against Nedbank Customer Service. I want to take this opportunity to thank and commend both Prenisha Govender and Jackie Kekana for taking ownership of my original complaint and turning it into a wonderful ( wow ) customer experience.
