Taking my money without informing me is theft!!

I was a victim of ***** in December 2014 when R5000 was taken out of my Nedbank account. Nedbank ***** department immediately blocked my card and then I had to wait a few days without access to any funds before a new card was issued.
The ****** money was returned to my account with no further follow up from Nedbank, not even to assure me that the situation had been rectified.
I was told I needed to fill in an affidavit for the ***** department, which I have NOT received to this day!! The follow up on this is surely not my responsibility as I do not work for the ***** department??

This morning I received an ELECTRONIC recording informing me that my account is in arrears. I was shocked and DISTRESSED as I was under the impression I was in credit. When I went on to my internet bank, I found the R5000 had come off my account AGAIN without so much as a warning or even notification??

I then spend over half an hour speaking to 4 different people telephonically, before I was told that due to the missing affidavit, the money was taken back out my account, and I now have to wait until MONDAY to resolve this issue.

How is this the right way to deal with peoples personal finances and *****?
