Taking monies out your account

I was a few days late with one of my debt orders. I contacted Nedbank MFC and Spoken to Jude on *** while having him on the telephone line he given me the banking details to where and how i should make the payment. I made the payment and forwarded it on to him as requested.

First he advised over the phone i need to make an x amount I then said that is not the installment and given him the installment which my installment was higher than what was request to pay by a few rands. I paid extra straight into MFC account from my business Nedbank account.

One the 7th June 2016 Nedbank allowed MFC Nedbank to take more monies of an amount of R2400 off my account - when calling Nedbank they advised because it was MFC they don't know if they can return the funds I think this is really wrong whereby we trust our monies in Nedbank and they just allowing funds to go. MFC advised that they can request a refund and that will take about 7 working days.

I am feeling like taking my business account another bank. Nedbank is now advising me (Susan from Nedbank) that the person she needs to speak to from MFC is not available and she is trying to get hold of his manager. WHY DONT YOU JUST REFUND MY MONIES AND PUT IT BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!! WHY SPEAK TO JUDE'S MANAGER OR ANY MANAGER WHATSOEVER. You can see the payment I made on the 6th to MFC from my bank statements!!!!!

I will not recommend anyone to Nedban****! STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Just received a call from MFC Nedbank - advising that it is a system of which they don't have control of - after all I made it clear to them that should i leave the funds in the account for them to debt the account but they advise i need to make an EFT transfer and forward proof of payment. I am banking with Nedbank and MFC is Nedbank but the next day after sending proof of payment and made the payment they don't have control of their systems that just go in and debt the accounts. This is wrong and someone from Nedbank should do something to that system or even don't advise your clients to do an EFT and just debt the account. MFC advised that the funds would be refunded and before end of day it would be cleared in the account.... WELL let's see if their systems can do that because to trust Nedbank right now is another story...
