Taking money without consent

Once again Nedbank takes my money without consent.

My debit order for personal loan didn't go through last month I received a call 2 days ago and made arrangements to pay 500 extra from the 23 October. I received money in my account and they just took it without my consent even after a recorded call accepting the payment arrangement I want a refund of the money that was taken this morning. You cannot just takes someones money without their consent ID ***
