Taking forever to investigate a case

My phone was ****** and Manny was ****** from it I opened a case on August 2023 till today the issue issue is not been resolved my credit score went low and ready to buy a house now I can’t because of them taking forever to solve the problem or the issue and then ask them can I continue with that account even though I don’t know what’s happening so that they can grow my credit score again still nothing it’s happening
