I had an personal account with Nedbank that was handed over to Vertex solutions i have made arragements with them to debit R400 from my Nedbank account , on Friday vertex debited my acc as usual but Nedbank recovery also took all my money that was in mt account more than R4900, called Nedbank they refered me to Vertex , Vetex also refers me to Nedbank. I need refund ASAP or Nedbank must take back this account and I will make arrangements with them . I dont have a cent in my account now this is so inconveniencing . I am taken from pillar to post

Please refund my money ASAP, or else i will have to take this further , and i will send communication to all staff members that are banking with NED and advise them that you took all my money on my account , as a result i dont even have money to go to work.
