Take your stokvel account to FNB

My complaint is about Lerato at Greenstone mall.We went in on the 3rd of January wanting to withdraw money from our stokvel account.We were met by Lerato who rudely asked us how much we want to withdraw.Its a stokvel account how would we know how much is there to withdraw? We then went in again today and we were assisted by a nice lady and Lerato again gave us an attitude,we got to the bank at around 9:45 and she was aware that we came in to withdraw,after all said and done she was supposed to approve the withdrawal.When we went to her desk she rudely said to us that we don't need to stand next to her for her to approve and besides it's after 11:am she will only approve the transaction on Monday.

Why not advise us as soon as we got there that the transaction would be approved on Monday if the transaction is completed after 11:00? We are bringing business not asking for money.We will be taking our business to FNB and it's such a shame coz our stokvel has grown to 20 members.Next time be kind to people you don't know how much business people bring to the company.And as for the irritated attitude try to hide it as we can see it as clients.
