Take your money

After i received call from nedbank they ask why i dont have a green bucks card i said i dont want one. He said i can redeem my geen bucks for bank charges. I redeem my green bucks for bank charges and for 2 months nedbank take the money from green bucks and charge me maintance fee. I phone customer service 2 hours later the 3 persons what i talk to with said i must go to the bank myselfat the bank NO Help wait 30 min in line and after 45 min they said will follow up. Nedbank system only show balance but not avail balance. They took R400 from my account. Nobody can give me an answer still i am 400 short. And the arrogant of the staff to said according to them everything is right **** me off. The balance show everyting but avail balance me us customer is short and there usless system dont show that. They will phone me with answers up to date no phone call. So dont redeem you green bucks not good dont listen to them my account will close as from monday and all my bussinees accounts
