*****ed Name
I had an existing account, but a consultant told me I will save more on transaction fees.....so I changed to a cheque account.....but asked for my debits to be migrated, as it is Nedbank's debits owed to them...this was not done! Now I had an accident, and ended up having an operation to my face, and had to stay indoors for 3 weeks to prevent infection. In this time Nedbank decided that it would be a good idea to force debit my new account...which now reflects negatively on the credit bureau's list under my name...and to worsen the blow, they returned with a ridiculously low offer on a Personal loan application, because my good credit record and name is now in disrepute...which is the cause of them!! Now I am unable to get assistance anywhere else because of their **** up!!! Are they not suppose to protect their Customers?! I am still awaiting answers on the matter...and now have to wait for 30 days before I may submit an application again...and now it seems they never closed the old account either......haunting me with texts on how my account is is overdrawn!! Now my good name is in disrepute.....and I still don't have the money to pay the docters.
