System shows loan approved but head office declines

Made a personal loan application with call center agent on Friday. My application was approved and I was told to go to the branch to go sign the contract. Because I really needed this in order to consolidate my debts and only focus on this 1 debt. Took time off from work and went to Boksburg branch and my loan application that was approved was reflecting on their system.

Few minutes now application is been declined by head office, but approved buy their system?

My car is financed by you guys and I never gave you any issues. Can you please assist in this because my application was approved.
