System Difficulties

On friday I went for shopping at Checkers Rivonia Sandton, my American express card declined due to Nedbank system down, however the amount was deducted from my account. I had to go the atm to check my balance. Ive being charged for card declined how can I be charged for their system being down. I had to use the atm because the money app was not working too. Unfortunately i can't be charged while my account bt had enough funds. Those charges must be reversed ASAP including the statement print out. I never print out anything however check my balance and transactions happenf at that time. I cant be paying R240 monthly and be reliable for unnecessary charges too.
