Switching Salary big fat lie - False adverti*****t - **** Manager phoning customers

I received a call from Nedbank call center sales department and the guy offered me a R1000.00 if I switch my salary to Nedbank. On the day I switched my salary to Nedbank. My first salary deposited into my nedbank account no R1000.00 received.

Second salary deposit still no R1000.00, I phoned in and query the call center referred me to the sales department and sales department was no aware of such promo and referred me to the Branch. Contacted Alistaire Jacobs after a few back and forth emails he finally got a Manager from the sales department to contact me.

I explained to both Alistaire and Nhlanhla Maluleke that no T's and C's was given to me over the phone and they can go back to their recordings and proof me wrong. Nhlanhla sent me an email after I requested him to email me regarding our conversation that the funds will be made available after 90 days after the offer was made. We probably on day 130 still no R1000.00

This false adverti*****t to get people to switch banks. Will this still be paid?

I sent a follow up email to Nhlanhla still no response. Wonder if he is a Manager or just another consultant that pretend to be a Manager to avoid customers to speak to a Manager to get service or report bad customer service.

I wonder what empty promises the next person is going to come up after this review.
