SWIFT FUNDS NOT RELEASED 2 WEEKS - QMPQ***

2 weeks waiting for Nedbank to release SWIFT funds for transaction completed by other two banks involved & submitted to Nedbank, who still cannot release the finds with no explanation & no one contactable! Last transaction took a month to be released. You can't act on simple SWIFT instruction & you can't communicate a reason. Why?<br> <br> Nedbank is intermediary bank. Funds from Eco Bank, Zambia to Standard Bank. South Africa.Both have sent messages but Nedbank won't pass them on or release funds and they have been queried via SWIFT and emails a million times. ***. Funds sent to S.A. Not released by Nedbank. I had to instruct stnadard bank to return the funds since Nedbank not acting. Again not resleased by Nedbank despite other two banks giving the instruction. R60,000 pending coz your people just don't want to click a button. Takes a day or two with any other bank
