swallowed card and waist of ones time

my card foreign card was swallowed this morning while trying to draw some cash because while I was busy, all the machines were restarted while my card was still inside the slot. called up the bank security and explained what had happened and he assured me it shouldn't be a problem since this \Jacob"guy was busy with the ATM's from inside the bank. I waited for an hour until the opened"
