Good evening on Monday morning I received money from my Nedbank and I moved it to my old mutual account since I lost my card and every money I get to Nedbank I move to old mutual account Tuesday I noticed my account changed to something else today morning I received an SMS that my profile was suspended

15 Oct 2025, 10:40I have been banking with Nedbank I never experienced this my account was closed and Nedbank also reported my old mutual bank about the money I received I called on Friday to find out why my account was suspended and a lady that I was talking with promised me to call me back until today yesterday I decided to send the proof of payment of the funds that was deposited no response until now
