Suspended my account after withdrawal from investment account now im stranded and instructed to go to the branch to unsuspend

My cellphone bank app suspended for no reason and im stranded without money as i can do transfers and im told to go to tye branch. This bank is such a pain in my behind, when i get to the branch im closing all my accounts and withdrawing my money. Never ever have i been so treated like a ******** for my money, first it was a 32 day account which was blocked when i tried submitting a withdrawal notice from July 2025 until i switched to 1 day savings ******* account. Then i withdraw 30k in investment account and left 20k in my savings account. Now my app is suspended, as if im such a ********. I submitted a complaint and told it will take 21 days to resolve.. All while I'm still strunded without my money. Im. Done with this stupid bank, i wantto close all my accounts and the vehicle finance will be taken over by Capitec bank, i will never ever bank with this bank .. A bunch of idiots
