Suspended account without valid reason

It's been month and weeks now without my bank account and still there is no feedback or any way forward a call or email nothing .Everyday you solve customers cases but you are failing to solve mine that you didn't even give me a reason why it's suspended.I don't know why you are failing to treat your customer with care or you help people with huge money on their accounts us who don't have money you just leave us hanging waiting and waiting without even your response?Please I have been waiting please help me solve my case I need my bank account again
