Suspended account for receiving money
I'm writing in a fastrated situation on Monday I received funds on my personal account from a client buying desiel from me then my account was suspended I gave Nedbank a call on the same day there guy told me its because of the reference and it's a large amount of money and I need to call the bank 1st before I receive money into my account like really now bank is meant to receive money they will excalate the metter on Tuesday morning I called again they told me to wait I gave them a call again later they told me to wait again now I'm seating here in fastration cause I need to pay the supplier I can't accept my account seating here with a stressful mind

21 Aug 2025, 14:45After numerous times of calling Nedbank no response no particular reason for suspending my account seating here with lot of stress on how to pay my supplier they just don't care how they treat they customers so this means they just don't care how others situations are

02 Sept 2025, 07:43It's been 3 weeks now my account has been suspended without any solid reason. They asked me to send supporting documents which Is I did on 25th of August and 28th I called someone said it will take 48 hours to get back to me someone said 6/9 weeks now how do wait for 🤬 6/9 weeks while the product was taken and it was paid for how is one supposed to run they business I'm in hot water cause I have taken product from someone and it was paid to my account and he saw the money when I was trying to pay him my account was suspended I have tried and tried but the only thing I'm getting from Nedbank is being neglected to I'm selling my car to pay the supplier cause he started charging me interest on the product I took from him cause the same money he uses to buy his desiel his complaining that he lost a lot of money due to that I was supposed to pay him now I can't
