Suspended account for fica non compliance

I opened an account at Nedbank on beginning of April 2022 and i submitted my proof of residence as well as my id for fica. I used the account until 2022-07-12 where i could not transact on it using payfast until i logged into my banking app then boom a notificationthat i am not FICA compliant. I called their call center to enquire what was really happening then i was told to go to the branch to Fica my account bcoz she kept telling me she is sending me a pop-up message so we can sort the issue out but i never received those pop-up messages. Now i cannot access my funds in my account for their own mistake and i have to again leave everything and go to the branch where i do not even know they will sort their mistake out. I must say i regret ever dealing with this bank because i first had to fight with the couriers they use for a month before i could receive my debit card.
