Suspended account

My bank account is suspended for weeks now they don't even bother themselves to call or email about the process/feedback I don't even know why the account is suspended .or it's because I receive the money ? Or what I don't know.what I remember is that I receive the money my investment profit from this platform on telegram after I receive the money the account was suspended and that platform group was deleted and blocked so I think it was a **** but I'm grateful was able to withdraw my profit before the account got blocked now I just need my account back please resolve this
