Surname Recruitment team

Recruitment At Nedbank Please do not waste your time looking for a job at Nedbank if your Surname does not rink a bell, i have been applying for months now and till recent when i found out why i never recieved a reply, when i called to follow up after a clear description of the position you know what i get ? they asked my Surname, when i provided the promisd that the recruiter was not there, and he or she will call me back, i waited for hours nothing. when i called back you know, it was just hold i will tranfers you and when they found my surname, the phone went to answering machine, that was all, i now see, why work has become Surnames and connection at banks, , where on earth in which organization such as that. when you call they ask of your surname, not even your name? because any one can answer George or peter but not the surname .
