SUPERSTAR SERVICE FROM MBALI NAJOSE
Just want to say I was extremely frustrated with the Nedbank Call Centre, until I was dealing with Mbali Najose, this amazing lady was extremely professional and knew exactly how to deal with my situation. She went over and above her job and was patient.<br> <br> WELL DONE MBALI!!! YOU MADE MY DAY.
