I would just like to commend Samke Zungu from your East Rand Mall Branch for her exceptional service. Since walking into the branch minutes before closing last week Friday afternoon I have been astounded by her willingness to assist and follow through. Not once have I sent an email with an enquiry that was not responded to with a phone call within 5 minutes. She has kept me up to date with the process every step of the way. She is really an employee to be proud of and does Nedbank proud. Thank you for the exceptional service.
